Ben is a longtime entrepreneur and operator with more than 15 years of experience building businesses, leading teams, and shaping customer experiences. After opening and operating four fitness and performance-based brands, he developed a practical understanding of how the right custom products can strengthen presentation, improve brand touchpoints, and make a business more memorable.

As Co-Founder of Lotus Meridian Supply, Ben helps clients clarify where custom goods can add value, how those products should feel, and how they should support the customer experience. He brings the client-side operator perspective that keeps each project grounded in real business use, not generic promotional purchasing.

Based in Southeast Asia, Jeremy leads sourcing, supplier coordination, import/export, and procurement execution for Lotus Meridian Supply.
